I'm always a big fan of snarky political cartoons as wallpaper, that and lots of photos. Bamboo also does well in Florescent lighting...perhaps some shag carpet and a lava lamp too? ; )
Definitely a lamp ... to counteract the florescent light. And lots of pictures! And lots of plants!
