what's wrong with me...
i have been head-achey, dizzy and vaguely nauseated all week (not nauseous, as my mother and sister would quickly point out)
i just had a physical - aren't they supposed to catch this stuff?
(and no, it's not that - though you're not the first to jump to that conclusion)
